Turton Building Control Limited is licensed as a Corporate Approved Inspector by the government via the Construction Industry Council to undertake the role of Building Control Body with respect to Building Regulation approvals under the Building Act 1984.

This license enables us to assess compliance and certify all building works under the Building Regulations 2000, throughout England and Wales.
