Turton Building Control is a corporate approved inspector, licensed and approved by the construction industry council to provide building control services throughout England and Wales as a true alternative to local authority building control.

We aim to provide a fast, simple, customer focused building control service to help you obtain building control approval without bureaucracy or red tape. Any aspect of our service can be tailored to meet the clients needs.

We carry out the services that local authorities have traditionally provided – checking of the plans for compliance with the building regulations, consultation with statutory bodies, site inspections of work under construction, issuing of final certificates, etc – but we operate independently and without boundary restrictions.

We encourage our clients to contact us at a very early stage so that we can provide them with pre-planning and pre-tender advice on schemes for compliance with the building regulations, ensuring that any perceived issues can be addressed before they become a problem.

If you would like to find out more please have a look at the following pages on our website, email us or give us a call, we would be pleased to chat with you regarding any aspect of our service.
