We are a small highly qualified company, set up in September 2004 by Karen Turton and Lisa Cobley. We currently are a team of 6 fully qualified and experienced Building Control Surveyors and administration support; with over 100 years combined experience in Building Control, complimented by a nationwide network of on-call Surveyors to ensure all site visits are undertaken without delay

Karen and Lisa set up Turton Building Control Ltd to provide a tailored building control service to clients when they realised that many developers, architects and clients were let down by their existing building control provider and offer a speedy, competitive and pro-active service enabling projects to run smoothly from early pre-application advice to regular design team meetings and effective site inspection regimes.
