Karen, was the first woman to be licensed as an Approved Inspector; and has had considerable experience in Building Control, starting with North Dorset Council in 1989 and then joining London Borough of Hounslow in 1994. Since 1996 she has worked with a number of Approved Inspectors gaining considerable experience in large commercial developments throughout England and Wales. Karen takes responsibility within the company for the commercial sector, and has forged important links with leisure/retail clients.
